Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year phlebotomy experience in acute or non-acute setting or equivalent military experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Phlebotomy Technician II (CA) or Phlebotomy Technician I (CA) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and skin puncture for all ages.
• Label samples accurately and transport to the lab.
• Perform pre-analytical steps including bar coding, centrifuging, logging and staining.
