Spectrum Healthcare Resources, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician for an outpatient clinic position in Santa Barbara County, California. This full-time role offers a 40-hour work week with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and a stable patient population.

The ideal candidate will have formal phlebotomy training (NAACLS or equivalent), an active state license, BLS, and ASCP or AMT certification, with at least one year of recent experience. Join a team that values reliability and patient care.

• Graduate from an academic course of phlebotomy that includes didactic & hands-on phlebotomy.
• High school equivalent and completion of NAACLS or 2-part Phlebotomy program.
• Any State License
• 1 year of experience within the last 2 years as a phlebotomy technician.
• BLS through American Heart or American Red Cross.
• Certification through ASCP or AMT.
