Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead phlebotomy operations across multiple sites in the Dallas area. This role supports the Operations Manager, develops the team, and ensures outstanding patient service while upholding safety and quality standards.

The position emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and process optimization in a fast-paced clinical lab environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience in a laboratory setting.
• 2+ years of specimen collection or processing experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a laboratory setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record for past three years.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead phlebotomy operations across multiple worksite locations within the designated region.
• Support the Operations Manager with departmental goals and objectives, including developing and inspiring your team.
• Interact with clients/patients and ensure exceptional, customer-focused service.
• Manage departmental resources, optimize processes, and maximize profitability.
