Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Pullman, MI is seeking a Phlebotomy Representative – Site Lead to cover Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotating Saturdays. You will deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers or Client Offices, ensuring accurate specimen collection and patient identification.

• Communicate effectively to create a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients. Work with a consistently low error rate and handle more complex collections and patient/client situations, while supporting on-site staff.
• Demonstrate the Quest 5Cs - Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Continuous Improvement in all interactions to uphold service and operational excellence.

Pay range: $21.50+ per hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
