Job summary

Life Line Screening is seeking a Medical Assistant to support on-site health screenings across communities. You will assist front desk registration and diverse health tests, traveling to events as needed. New grads are welcome, and comprehensive benefits accompany a flexible event-driven schedule.

You'll join a stable team delivering preventive care to hundreds of thousands annually and gain hands-on experience in ambulatory screening operations while contributing to community health efforts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomy/Emergency Medical Technician program or other Medical skilled related program
• New Grads welcome!
• Schedules are made 3 months in advance; Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays; travel to community destinations
• Valid driver’s license and clear MVR; driving responsibilities shared on team
• Excellent customer service; educate participants on products and services
• Passion to create and maintain a positive environment for team members and customers

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform Front desk registration, ABIndex, osteoporosis risk, atrial fibrillation, and blood test screenings per company protocols
• Collaborate with team; assist with loading/unloading equipment (up to 50 lbs) and driving the company van
• Maintain accuracy and speed in screening events in a fast-paced setting
