Job summary

Talentify is seeking a skilled Lab Assistant to support phlebotomy classes at our Prescott Valley campus. You will help students with labs, ensure safety and cleanliness, and assist with lab setup and teardown.

Responsibilities include supervising lab activities, assisting with inventory management, and coordinating with staff to maintain a productive learning environment. A related degree and phlebotomy certification or eligibility within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related field or higher.
• Five (5) years recent work in phlebotomy or related field.
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician or ability to become certified within 90 days of hire.
• Experience training, evaluating and advising students.
• Work in a community college/higher education environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with labs and other work as necessary.
• Set up and take down of the lab environment.
• Ensure lab safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Assist with inventory management of phlebotomy supplies.
• Communicate findings from assessments to the phlebotomy instructor.
