Logan Health Whitefish is seeking a Lab Aide Phlebotomist to support the main Whitefish Hospital Lab and the Outpatient Draw Center. The role includes venipuncture, specimen processing, patient identification, and accurate labeling in a small but busy clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy coursework or equivalent experience.
• Phlebotomy experience in a lab setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification; ability to operate as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits good judgment in venipuncture collection.
• Explain collection procedures to patients clearly.
• Ensure correct patient identification and accurate labeling.
• Handle incoming specimens and deliver to processing promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication.
• Assist with scheduling and adherence to department procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist as needed.
