Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CPT certification or equivalent credential as required by state regulations.
• Minimum of two years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in venipuncture, specimen handling, and patient care.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to evaluate student performance objectively and provide constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor phlebotomy students during clinical rotations.
• Provide hands-on instruction in phlebotomy techniques, infection control, and safety practices.
• Ensure students perform clinical skills in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
