Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Seattle seeks a Phlebotomist / X-Ray Technician to perform phlebotomy, waived labs, EKGs, spirometry and limited scope X-ray procedures. The role supports patient diagnostics and high-quality care with strong customer service.

Required: High School Diploma or GED and WA DOH Phlebotomy & X-Ray credentials; Phlebotomy certification mandatory; X-ray certification preferred; 1+ year clinical experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• WA State DOH Phlebotomy & X-Ray Technician credentials required.
• Certification in Phlebotomy; X-ray certification preferred.
• 1+ year clinical or hospital experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, capillary draws, and basic lab testing with proper specimen handling.
• Conduct EKGs and spirometry testing with accurate documentation.
• Perform limited scope X-ray procedures (extremities, chest, etc.).
• Maintain QC/QA logs, inventory, and equipment upkeep.
• Communicate results to providers and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Follow CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA and Sea Mar safety protocols.
