Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, on-time, and able to lift 40 lbs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform registration, vitals, phlebotomy, and record keeping duties.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance for blood products.
• Assist supervisor with daily paperwork and equipment checks.
• Monitor donor comfort and respond to donor questions or issues.
• Educate donors on donation frequency and blood product information.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
