Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist in Kennewick, WA. You will perform blood draws, collect specimens for various tests, and support CLIA moderate complexity testing. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, patient service, and flexibility to travel to other sites.

Ideal candidates have a WA Phlebotomy License, 1+ year phlebotomy experience, and bilingual abilities in Spanish and English. Work hours support a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Phlebotomy License.
• 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Qualified to perform moderately complex testing as defined by CLIA
• Enter patient information accurately and timely in data systems
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide excellent customer service to patients
• Travel to additional sites as needed
