Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a phlebotomy technician to provide patient care and perform venipuncture on patients of all ages in Waxahachie, Texas, on 1st shift with benefit eligibility.

You will collect and prepare specimens, ensure correct labeling and test ordering, and uphold safety and quality standards while contributing to a supportive team and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Hours: 1st Shift
Full-time: Benefit Eligible

In this role, you will:

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.

• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Bonus points if you’ve got:

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
