Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $40.00–$43.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday – 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Overtime: Overtime may be required based on staffing needs.
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

The Patient Services Representative (PSR) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life‑defining health decisions. The PSR draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures. The PSR has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner. The PSR will demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service center or as business needs dictate.

• Ability to work independently with minimal on‑site supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on‑call and overtime.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience required.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Flexible hours required to potentially work multiple locations and required to cover at Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.
• Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.
• Candidate must have reliable transportation to get to/from worksite without issue (bus, Uber, rideshare is not reliable transportation).
• Must be available to work whenever scheduled, be on time, and stay for the entire shift.
• Excessive absenteeism/tardiness is not tolerated and will be cause for termination.
