Job summary

Grifols, S.A seeks a Phlebotomist– We Train in Hampton, VA to support plasma donation operations. You will assist with donor suitability, build rapport, and handle donor reactions while ensuring donor safety and product quality. Training provided for the right candidate.

Must have a High School diploma or GED and be able to obtain required licensures. Flexible schedule and commitment to donor comfort are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Able to obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable.
• Patient, reliable and committed to keeping donors comfortable and happy.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining donor suitability.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure happiness while maintaining confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donor and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
