Job summary

Northern Montana Hospital (NMH) is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Laboratory team in Havre, MT. Under the direction of the Pathologist and Department Director, you will perform phlebotomy, collect respiratory specimens, and assist with secretarial duties in a busy, professional setting.

Starting pay varies with experience up to 10 years. Experience in phlebotomy is preferred; certification is preferred but not required. NMH is an Equal Opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of patient age-related needs.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and collect respiratory specimens across age groups with accuracy and care.
• Process specimens and perform waived testing as allowed by CLIA regulations.
• Perform secretarial duties essential to the Laboratory.
