Job summary

Revere Health in Provo is seeking a motivated phlebotomist to join our patient laboratory team. You will provide courteous, friendly service while collecting specimens from patients of all ages, ensuring proper labeling, handling, and timely processing to support accurate test results.

The position requires excellent communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on rotating shifts. A high school diploma and phlebotomy training are preferred, and certification is a plus;

• Spanish and English languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory specimen collection on all patient age groups at the Provo location.
• Assist with receptionist and clerical duties as needed.
• Assist with stocking and ordering supplies.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds routinely and stand for long periods.
• Specimen processing for testing and shipment to reference laboratory testing.
• Adherence to policies and procedures associated with the position.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, candidate to join our phlebotomy team to assist us in providing the best patient laboratory experience. As one of our team members you will provide support with the daily activities of the medical laboratory. As part of providing courteous and friendly service daily with multiple patients, we expect that you will maintain a professional image in appearance and conduct and balance team and individual responsibilities to contributes to a positive work environment. Because you will interact with all ranges of patients and co-workers must have excellent communication skills to interact effectively. Employee scrub allowance is given upon hire.

Essential Job Functions:

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited medical vocational institution with phlebotomy course diploma and/or previous experience preferred
• Certified phlebotomist preferred
• Previous phlebotomy work experience preferred
• Spanish and English languages preferred

Hours:

Must be able to work weekly rotating varied 8-hour shifts between 7:15 am - 6:30 pm up to 40 hours per week Must be able to work Saturday shift 7:30 am - 2:00 pm rotating Provo: Shift 1: 7:15AM-3:45PM Mon-Fri 2 shifts Shift 2: 8:00AM-4:30PM Mon-Fri Shift 3: 8:30AM-5:00PM Mon-Fri Shift 4: 9:30AM-6:00PM Mon-Fri Shift 5: 10:00AM – 6:30PM Mon-Fri Shift 6: 7:30AM – 2:00PM Saturday

Additional Notes:

HOURS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS LISTED AS NEEDED. FT employees routinely work 8 hr shifts Monday – Friday rotating Saturdays 40 hours per week.
