Job summary

Froedtert Health in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist (0.5 FTE) to perform phlebotomy and a range of technical, non-technical, and clerical tasks.

Qualifications include completion of an approved phlebotomy program or related healthcare experience with direct patient contact; ASCP certification preferred; High School diploma preferred. Shift details: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–12:30pm; location onsite.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program or related health care experience including direct patient contact is required.
• Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred.
• ASCP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and various technical, non-technical, and clerical tasks.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for samples and counts.
• Follow operating instructions, IFUs, and complete required paperwork.
