• Performs phlebotomy following established protocols.
• Receives, labels, transports, and processes specimens in LIS.
• Faxes and distributes results while addressing patient questions and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of department policies and hospital-wide procedures.
• Distribute specimens to testing sections according to priority (STAT over Routine).
• Ensure timely processing and reporting of results to appropriate teams.
