Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a friendly and professional phlebotomy technician to join our front-line team in Shreveport, LA. You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect and prepare non-blood specimens, and ensure accurate labeling and test ordering.

The role emphasizes patient care, safety, and compliance in a fast-paced clinical laboratory setting. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent and prior phlebotomy training or experience,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.

In This Role, You Will

All You Need Is

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
