Grifols is hiring a Phlebotomist– We Train in Phoenix, AZ. This entry-level role offers hands-on training in a global plasma center and the chance to contribute to life-saving plasma-derived medicines.

You will work with donors to ensure comfort and safety, learn to operate automated plasmapheresis equipment, and support routine blood collection processes under supervision. A High School diploma and a flexible schedule are required, with state licensures pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable.
• Patient, reliable, and committed to keeping donors comfortable and happy.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• You establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality.
• You respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitors donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.
• Sets up, disconnects, and operates the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
