Grifols in Everett, WA is seeking a Phlebotomist to join an international team and support the collection process. The role trains you in plasma collection and focuses on donor comfort, safety, and accuracy.

The job requires a High School diploma or GED, flexibility in scheduling, and applicable state licensure. You will operate plasmapheresis machines, monitor donors, and help ensure quality and safety, with compensation of $23 per hour and eligibility for a bonus pool.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• You establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality.
• You respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitors donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.
• Sets up, disconnects, and operates the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
