Job summary

Talentify seeks a Phlebotomist for a 5-month contract in Lutz, FL. The role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining strict confidentiality. Onsite work with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM and rotated Saturdays.

Applicants must have at least 6 months of experience, strong phlebotomy skills (including pediatric and geriatric), and be eligible to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is REQUIRED.
• Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic is preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred (Required in CA, NV, WA).

Responsibilities

• Under supervisor guidance, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing per procedures.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients and staff.
