Qualifications

• Phlebotomy functions in hospital lab and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy (venipuncture, fingerstick, heelstick) per procedure.
• Identify patients and label specimens accurately.
• Ensure STAT draws are prioritized and specimens transported promptly.
• Assist in training of new employees and interns.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
