Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is hiring a Phlebotomist to join our Laboratory Operations team in Austin, TX. You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages and collect/prepare non-blood specimens, ensuring accurate labeling and test ordering.

We seek candidates with high school diploma or equivalent and phlebotomy training or experience; excellent communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential, with additional certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians (preferred)
