Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a patient-focused phlebotomist to join our Laboratory Operations team. You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect and prepare non-blood specimens, and ensure accurate labeling and test ordering while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
