Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a phlebotomist in Dallas, TX for 1st shift. This role handles patient venipuncture, specimen collection, and accurate labeling while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

You will collect and prepare specimens, ensuring proper processing and test orders, with emphasis on safety, quality control, and PHI confidentiality. Training will be provided for compliance and data entry tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for patient care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.
• Basic computer and data entry skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
