The Phlebotomist will handle a range of tests including UA dips, HA1C, and CBC, while ensuring patient confidentiality and accurate labeling. Compliance with CLIA waivers is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• One year phlebotomy experience is required.
• Phlebotomy Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture on patients.
• Enter patient data and accession specimens in the system.
• Prepare specimens for send-out testing and maintain proper labeling.
