About The Role

This position is based in a walk‑in retail lab environment, where patients can access testing without traditional barriers. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate specimen collection and delivering a professional, efficient, and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with accuracy and care
• Properly label, handle, and process specimens in accordance with protocols
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company standards
• Provide excellent customer service in a retail healthcare setting
• Support a wide range of services including blood testing, drug screening, and DNA/paternity testing
• Assist with front desk duties as needed (check‑in, scheduling, data entry, payments)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Compensation

Flexible hours between Monday and Saturday. Closed Sundays. Some overtime and extra hours may be required based upon the operational requirements.
