Franklin Medical Center is seeking a Phlebotomist to collect blood and other specimens for medical testing in the LAB. This non-exempt role requires adherence to safety standards and accurate documentation, with patient interaction and direct work with hospital departments.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a phlebotomy program, and certification preferred. Prior experience is a plus, and the schedule includes weekend shifts.

SCHEDULE: THIS POSITION IS EVERY OTHER WEEKEND, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, 5:00AM - 5:30PM OR 4:30AM - 5:00PM
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for collecting blood and other specimens from patients for medical testing, ensuring accuracy and patient safety. This role involves working directly with patients, preparing specimens for laboratory analysis, maintaining records, and adhering to all regulatory and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of a certified phlebotomy training program is preferred. Certification (e.g. NHA, ASCP, CPT) preferred.
Work Experience: One (1) year of experience is preferred.
