Responsibilities

• Patient identification, phlebotomy, specimen labeling.
• Specimen verification, processing, shipment and loading on instruments.
• Pre-analytical registration and ordering.
• Provide outstanding customer service with effective communication.
• Perform clerical tasks including telephone calls, report generation, and faxing.
