Job summary

MediPro Direct in Mississippi seeks a contract Mobile Phlebotomist to perform venipuncture and related biometric measurements. You will work in person, manage your own hours, and communicate via our secure online system and email.

A computer and printer are required to review orders and upload results on the same day. Proficiency in phlebotomy, basic medical terminology, and a current phlebotomy certification are required, with 2 years of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Venipuncture experience required.
• Must be proficient in phlebotomy and medical terminology.
• Experience taking blood pressures, pulse, and biometric measurements.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples via venipuncture for various tests.
• Communicate with clients through our website and email and stay professional.
• Review orders online from a secure system and upload documents the same day.

Duties include collecting blood samples. You would communicate with us through our website and email so you must be proficient on a computer/smartphone. You should have the ability to manage your time well and be professional to handle a variety of client situations.

* Required experience in*

• Venipuncture Experience
• Must be a proficient in phlebotomy, medical terminology
• Proficient in taking blood pressures, pulse, and biometric measurements.

*Qualifications*

• Current phleb or MA Certification (if required in your State)
• Clinical research experience helpful/preferred but not required
• Good communication
• The ability to work independently
• Must have a computer and printer. You are responsible for reviewing your orders on-line from a secure website, and scanning/uploading documents to our system upon completion (same day).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
