Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated medical assistant to support clinical research activities. Your role will involve obtaining vital signs, performing ECGs, and assisting clinical research coordinators with documentation and subject care visits.

  • At least 1 year of experience as a medical assistant or similar role preferred.

  • Assist Clinical Research Coordinators with completing documentation.

Job description

What you'll do
  • Obtain vital signs; perform ECGs and other clinical procedures
  • Work closely with Clinical Research Coordinators to complete source documentation, case report forms and other study specific documents completely, accurately and in accordance with site SOPs, Clinical Trial Protocol, and Good Clinical Practice specifications
  • Assist Clinical Research Coordinators with coordinating subject care visits
  • Work closely with Clinical Research Coordinators and Management to learn and enhance clinical research knowledge
  • Comply with Good Clinical Practices at all times
  • Behave in a cooperative and constructive manner; follow all company policies, state, local, federal and other applicable laws and guidelines; comply with all job-specific requirements

  • Ability to develop, prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred - at least 1 year of experience as a medical assistant, phlebotomist or in a similar position within the medical or mental health field but also accepting newly certified applicants
