Job summary

UW Health is hiring a 100% FTE phlebotomy technician for the Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. Shift is 6:00am-2:30pm Monday–Friday with alternating Saturday hours, no Sundays. Overtime, on-call pay, and shift differentials may apply. Comprehensive benefits and tuition assistance are offered.

Qualifications include a phlebotomy course with three years of experience, HS diploma or equivalent, and phlebotomy certification (PBT or CPT). CPR is preferred.

Job description

100% FTE, 6:00am-2:30pm Monday - Friday and every other Saturday 8:00am-1200pm no Sundays or holidays. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and three years of phlebotomy experience. Required
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

• Phlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT). Required
