Job summary

The George Washington University Hospital, a 395-bed tertiary care academic medical center in downtown Washington, DC, is seeking a Phlebotomy technician to support clinical assessment. You will perform specimen collection and processing, and handle related administrative duties.

Responsibilities include liaison with house staff and care teams to ensure quality patient care, and maintaining accreditation requirements with JCAHO, CAP, and DCRA.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of phlebotomy experience.
