Job summary

Turnpaugh Health and Wellness Center is seeking a phlebotomist who will draw blood and ensure a respectful patient experience. You will verify patient identity, perform venipunctures, and label and process samples with careful attention to accuracy.

Applicants should have phlebotomy certification and 2–5 years of hands-on experience, plus knowledge of medical terminology. CPR is a plus and EMR experience is preferred. This role is on-site at our PA facility.

Requirements

We'd love to meet someone who brings phlebotomy certification, 2-5 years of hands-on experience, and a strong understanding of lab processing. Familiarity with medical terminology, functional medicine, and CPR is a plus.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification
• Minimum of two (2) years of phlebotomy experience or related experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Willingness to learn and engage with principles of functional medicine.
• Experience working with electronic medical record systems and databases preferred
