Qualifications

• Phlebotomy training and/or experience required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire date.
• FIT testing must be obtained within 60 days of hire date.
• PA driver’s license may vary based on department needs.

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy, point‑of‑care testing on multiple platforms, and EKG tracings.
• Correctly identifies patients and handles patient registration.
• Maintains knowledge of laboratory and hospital information systems.
• Distributes or coordinates collections and performs procedures accurately.
