Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical degree or diploma in phlebotomy preferred.
• Ability to perform venipuncture procedures and basic arterial punctures.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs standard venipuncture procedures within acceptable limits.
• Demonstrates accuracy and precision in performing procedures.
• Maintains an organized and neat work area within the laboratory.
