Job summary

ICONMA seeks a Phlebotomist III – Floater for our Loganville, GA client in the medical research field. You will draw quality blood samples, prepare specimens for lab testing, and explain procedures to patients while maintaining a safe, accurate collection.

This role emphasizes leadership in process excellence and confidentiality, with on-time documentation and interaction across teams. Requires HS diploma, phlebotomy training/certification preferred, and 3–5 years of phlebotomy in PSC/IOP

Qualifications

• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard and data entry experience required.
• Credentials/licensing: 5+ years experience with computer literacy.

Our Client, a Medical Research company, is looking for a Phlebotomist III – Floater for their Loganville, GA location.

Responsibilities:

• The Phlebotomist III represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
• The Phlebotomist III draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
• The Phlebotomist III has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner.
• The Phlebotomist III will demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information.
• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time. Maintain a safe and professional environment. Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures. Maintains required records and documentation. Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general.

Requirements:
