Responsibilities

Training Location: 630 N Cotner Blvd, Lincoln, NE 68505

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8 am - 5 pm

Training: Approximately 3 weeks at the Lincoln, NE location

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist II / Patient Service Technician to join our team in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will have strong phlebotomy and patient‑care skills and be comfortable working in a busy, team‑oriented laboratory environment.

This position will involve approximately 30-40 blood draws per day and requires the ability to perform venipuncture and capillary collections across all age groups, including children. The role also involves processing client‑collected specimens, maintaining accurate patient and specimen records, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Expected to stand approximately 5-6 hours per day.
  • Frequent patient interaction and blood collection.
  • Must be comfortable working with patients of all ages, including children.
  • Travel is required only for initial training in Lincoln, NE.
