Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist II for the Marion, OH area. The role requires travel across the assigned territory up to 75% and a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend rotation.

You will perform venipuncture, ensure proper specimen labeling, and uphold high-quality laboratory results while delivering professional patient service. The position requires two years of phlebotomy experience, English proficiency, and phlebotomy certification (where applicable).

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Travel up to 75% within the territory; valid driver’s license may be required.
• English required; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws; ensure correct labeling and data entry.
• Travel to PSCs and client sites delivering professional phlebotomy services.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with safety and confidentiality standards.
• Support administrative tasks and use lab systems for orders.
