Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II for the Las Vegas area. This role requires a state phlebotomy license and involves travel within an assigned territory to patient service centers and client offices to collect specimens.

Excellent patient interaction and strict adherence to testing protocols are essential. Travel within territory to PSCs and IOps, ensuring accurate patient identification and specimen collection.

This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV).

Phlebotomist II Territory - Las Vegas, NV, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotational weekends

Pay range: $26.05+ per hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs), Client Offices (IOPs), or other sites. Ensure accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality laboratory results. Communicate effectively to create a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients. Work independently with a consistently low error rate and handle more complex collections and patient/client situations. Demonstrate the Quest 5Cs- Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Continuous Improvement in all interactions to uphold service and operational excellence.
