Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our Midland, TX team. You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect and prepare non-blood specimens, and ensure proper labeling and test ordering.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy training or experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect/prepare non-blood specimens as required.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
