The position requires three years of phlebotomy experience, strong data entry skills, and reliable transportation. Education includes a high school diploma; medical training or certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric/geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is required.
• Flexible availability, weekends/holidays/on-call/overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client information.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately; billing info collection as required.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport).
• Perform non-patient-facing duties (inventory, sanitizing, filing, phones, emails).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and comply with policies.
