Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a phlebotomist in Midland, TX to join our fast-paced laboratory team. You will perform venipuncture, collect and prepare non-blood specimens, and ensure accurate labeling and test ordering while upholding safety and privacy standards.

In this role, you will:

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Bonus points if you’ve got:

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
