Responsibilities

• Represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
• Draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
• Interacts with patients, explains procedures, and collects blood in a skillful, safe and accurate manner.
• Demonstrates Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence and confidentiality of patient information.
• Performs with confidence both for forensic and clinical specimen collection following established practices.
• Maintains required records and documentation.
• Travels to doctor offices or patient service centers as needed.
