Job summary

You may be assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service center, or other locations as needed. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections, strong customer service, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience (PB02).

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients.
• Prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure comfort.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling accuracy.
• Maintain records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
