Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Phlebotomist II for 1st shift in Forked River, NJ. This 4-month contract role requires onsite presence and travel to multiple locations, with coverage for PSR II responsibilities including blood collection and specimen prep.

Responsibilities include: venipuncture, patient interaction, and accurate labeling with reliable documentation. Requires three years of phlebotomy experience and willingness to work weekends and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Under supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform venipuncture and specimen processing following procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients and staff.
