Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a 3-month assignment in Santa Fe, NM. The role requires working Mon-Fri, 06:30–3:30 with a 1-hour lunch, and may involve travel to multiple locations and Patient Service Centers.

Job:Phlebotomist II

Duration: 3 Months

Shift:Mon-Fri 06:30 - 3:30 with 1hr lunch.

Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Work Experience:

• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment highly preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
