The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to collect venous and capillary specimens using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and aseptic techniques. You'll work in various inpatient and outpatient settings, performing Laboratory Information System (LIS) functions and providing instruction to students and personnel.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: At least 6 months phlebotomy experience required. Credentials: Completed Accredited Phlebotomy Certificate Course. This is a Career Ladder Position. Internal candidates are required to submit and meet Path and Lab ICCE Career Ladder requirements. External candidates are required to complete Path and Lab ICCE Career Ladder requirements within 90 days in position.
