Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist I for Parma, OH, with Monday–Thursday 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, and weekend rotation. Pay starts at a minimum of $20.00 per hour, with eligibility for annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, data entry, billing entry, and processing specimens. Education options include a high school diploma and medical training; phlebotomy certification preferred where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training preferred (medical assistant/paramedic).
• Phlebotomy certification preferred where required.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Navigate a computer and enter data accurately.
• Identify patient and enter billing information following policy.
• Perform specimen processing including labeling, centrifuging, and preparation for transport.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and assist with data/reporting.
